About the event

In West Blocton, Alabama, Phil Braxton has been waiting over 500 days for the strike against the Warrior Met Coal Mining facility to close. As his union struggles to win this uphill battle, Phil is determined that his son, Bobby, will return from college and join their fight in the preservation of a way of life that has helped give the Braxtons a solid, middle-class life for decades. Bobby, however, has different ideas on the strike -- ideas so radical that they might tear his family apart.

Part of 4615 Theatre's Summer in the Garden partnership with Temperance Alley.
